As coffee is a consumable victual, its return is not possible once the packaging has been opened or used, unless there is an evident defect or manufacturing flaw in the product, or if the product has expired upon delivery.
Should you receive a damaged product or one that does not match what was ordered, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of receiving the order. We will certainly process the exchange or return without any additional charges.
All return and exchange requests are subject to an inspection by our team to ensure the product"s condition.
Customers must contact us within 3 business days from the order"s receipt to report any issues. Failing to do so will be considered a waiver of the customer’s right to compensation or exchange.
The discounted product price in the box differs from the original price.
Shipments cannot be altered or canceled once they are sent. Shipping details can only be modified if the order has not yet been shipped.
Refunds for any returned or exchanged product will be processed within 14 business days, subject to the terms and conditions regarding product condition and return eligibility.
To ensure faster service, please provide us with the order number, a detailed deion of the issue, and include clear photos of the product when contacting our customer service team.
